Also, do they really need the serial to find replacement parts or do the idiots think I stole my own guitar? There is a plate on the guitar wwhere the neck meets the base. Also on the neck it has a plate under the strings with KKV on it. Can someone tell me how to find out what it's worth or even what year it's from. I have a bc rich warlock which has no serial number, just a blank black plate. Pickups don't say bc rich. All the guitar has is bc rich on the pointed headstock. It has 3 knobs for vol treble.

Thanx to you all I have a guy wanting to sell a BC Rich warlock with the serial number M I would like to know where it was made at least. Have a BCR Platinum Series gunslinger or assassin - not sure with 4-digit serial on the neck plate. It is a black with yellow crackle finish. Can't seem to find any info on it. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

The Bich string guitar was the brain-child of Neal Moser. During his time with BC Rich, he conceived, designed, and built the first Bich string prototype guitar. Neal Moser retains ownership of the original body templates. The "Bich" can also be categorized as a guitar that "brings out" Heavy Metal and such genres. These hand-carved wonders were built off of Neal Moser's original body templates, using the same exotic woods black African walnut, maple and Brazilian rosewood as the original prototype model.
These have become highly prized by BC Rich collectors due to the limited production number. These limited edition models are considered to represent the last of the true BC Rich guitars.
